Buyer financeability is not the same as cash on hand. Emporio evaluates verified liquidity, expected cash to close, post-close reserves, credit context, outside obligations, management experience, ownership eligibility, and the target range the buyer intends to pursue.

How buying range is bounded
Emporio first estimates the purchase-price range supported by available cash under stated injection and cash-to-close assumptions. It then compares that range with the amount a target business's eligible historical cash flow can support. The lower credible constraint controls the preliminary range.
